Shipping Policy
AustPost - We work with AustPost and it will ship your product safely within 4-5 working days. If you haven't received the product after 5 working days of your purchase, please let us know hello@recan.co
Pick-up - We have two storage units in Brisbane, Queensland. If you choose to do the pick-up yourself, then please write to us at hello@recan.co
RECAN members (Free Delivery) - When you check out 1. Select Free Shipping option 2. Write "RECAN" in the Promote Code 3. Write your "Registered email address" in the NOTE. Your products will be delivered by our team free of charge.
Refund & Replace Policy
Refund (Change of mind)
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, write to us at hello@recan.co within 7 days. Refund will be approved providing that the product purchased maintain the original condition and is unused. Customer shall bear the $20 shipping cost. (Australia only)
Replace (Faulty Product)
We check the quality of every product prior to delivery / shipment. But if you have received a faulty product, report it to us hello@recan.co within 7 days, we will replace it without any charges including shipping cost (Australia only). Please send us the photo and copy of the invoice in the email.
